We did it!! Both Jason and I graduated on May 5th.  Jason graduated with a Master's degree in human resources. I finally graduated with a bachelors in science.  It was nice to have our family here for a few days.  We had a lot of laughs, ate a lot and did a lot of sight seeing.  Friday we went to the OpryLand  hotel to see the atriums within the hotel.  They are so pretty.  Both our moms enjoyed that and we introduced them to Nashville Predators hockey.  My sister Gabby had never seen a hockey game so we watched it on a big screen at the bar and grill by the hotel they stayed at. The food sucked but we had a good time.  We tried on our cap and gown and Jason's had some special sleeves.  He missed his sleeve hole and was like, "This is not going to work, how am I supposed to shake Syndey's hand like this."  It was pretty funny.

We woke up bright and early for graduation.  Graduation was at 9am and so we left at 7:30 to get good seats. It started to rain and it was a little cold. The doors weren't open yet but someone let us in.  I was so nervous all I ate was a yogurt parafait.  We took pictures and went to go stand in line. Sadly, Jason and I were in two different gyms, I felt very alone.  I became very hot and started to get shaky.  Apparently, my blood sugar level was very low and I almost fainted.  I was originally supposed to graduate in the afternoon ceremony but I got special permission to graduate in the morning so we could graduate together.  It was nice of them and very special to me.  After three hours we were officially graduates of MTSU.

We took pictures and grabbed food at O'Charley's.  It was a good time and lunch.  Jason's dad David and Laura(step mom) and Ann(Jason's Mom) and the two of us went to explore Nashville.  It was a fun time.  It is always nice to have family in town.  It's always nice to have family get along.

Sunday morning Jason's parents went home which was sad.  My mom and sister went to church with me which was nice.  Monday my mom and sister and the two of us went to Nashville to show them the great city. We also went back to the Opry Mills mall to explore.  We ate at White Castles and they packed to leave early Tuesday morning. It was sad to let them go but it was nice of them to visit and share this great moment with us.

Now that we are done we are both working. I am at the preschool still till May 25th and Jason's internship kept him on till he finds a permanent job. Dollar General has interviewed him a few times and now we are waiting to hear back.  Saying lots of prayers.  I currently have a job as a full time preschool teacher starting May 25th.  Right now we are just playing the waiting game to see if we are moving and where life s taking us.
